Change the default installation path from the root directory (C:\ to program files (x86) or Program files for XP.

Make the web based templates free. The program is already expensive. Charging extra for more templates (apart from the giveaway templates) is just a big rip off.

Include a help file with the program, not force users to visit your web site for help.

I really don't like being forced to visit sites for a help file when they should be included with the program. What happens if i'm offline?

Include an editor so that users can create their own templates rather than having to purchase new ones from you - that would make the program much more attractive to the general user.

Should be max. $9.95. Compared with free professionals like Libre Office and Open Office this is just a gadget that does'nt add much.

Improve the installation process. Found had to open Windows Explorer, after the unzip into a self-created directory so could find the setup file to activate, and then use WE again to find the installed exe file - would be more helpful if the install

How do you add the downloadable templates> I presume they go in the documents folder because there is no folders within the installed programs folder where i could place them

At least add instructions on where they go.

The installed program gives no indication that it's the Pro version, how do we confirm we have the Pro version rather than a dumbed down version?

Enable the user to install all of the web based templates in one go rather than piecemeal. (or at least 'give' them the option of installing them all together instead of the way you have it set up at present, which is to download them individual

Instructions for manually adding templates to the SpringPublisher Pro templates folder.

To manually add the GOTD templates to the SpringPublisher Pro templates folder. Unzip the downloaded "Gotd_Template" file and copy the "Template" folder to this location 'C:\Users\Your-Windows-Username-Goes-Here\AppData\Roaming\SpringPublisher'....

The GUI looks dated, update it to bring it in line with newer operating systems. Also include a variety of skins to choose from.

When using the insert picture it opens to the Documents folder rather than the My Pictures folder, wouldn't it be a better idea to change the path.

Fix icon text labels. They currently scale with system font size, which makes them largely unreadable if Control Panel > Display > text size is set to Medium or Large.
